Our upcoming EP is currently in the production plant in its final stage. So we will get the CDs very soon, in 2 or 3 weeks *excited* :-) Meanwhile we would like to give you a little preview of what we have been working on the last months and what you can expect from our release party on 23rd April. The EP will be digitally available worldwide from 23rd April 2016 (and physically at our concerts, at first). And now happy listening:

Strysles with new lead vocalist Elena

We have been looking for a frontman/singer for the last few months while reworking some of our songs. There have been several people who were interested in that role, yet it didn’t really match – until we met Elena:
Rocker, adventurist, songwriter, composer, and a smiley person, Elena is installed in Luxembourg since very recently. Originate of Macedonia, Elena left her native country in 2001, to evolve in new horizons (i.e. more democratic and liberal), thus, from Switzerland (Lausanne), through France (Besançon, and then Paris), she landed in Luxembourg nowadays. She got a Journalist university diploma in Macedonia and studied European Business Law in France, in IT / IP field. Today, Elena is working as a legal counsel for a private Luxembourgish company specialized in the media audiovisual sector.
Ever since she’s a child, Elena sings, writes and composes songs, in parallel of her main activity. She’s 35, and has several achievements behind her, such as: songs released in Macedonia (among which the most successful “Dlaboka Bolka”), albums released independently in France (among which “Janis”), performing the main character in a fantastic rock comedy called “Le Cadeau”, etc.
Elena’s creativity is still and always at Rendezvous. We are very happy to welcome her to our world and work with her on our songs and compose some new ones.
Be prepared for the “new” Strysles :-)
Singer / Frontman WANTED
To bring our ideas forward, we are currently looking for a rock singer / frontman.
Do you have a good rock voice and sing in tune? Do you have time to rehearse once a week? Are you creative and dynamic and not afraid to be on stage?
We are looking for a male singer, but if you are female and think you have a good rock voice, you may apply too.

Strysles & Rockbox present: “Rock for Charity” to help relief efforts in the Philippines
The catastrophe in the Philippines that was caused by super typhoon Haiyan moved Olivier Conrardy to start an aid campaign. Currently, he himself is on-site in the disaster area in order to provide direct assistance. Many people there are now dependent upon support.
Because no ancillary costs are being incurred during this campaign, 100% of the donated amount can be provided to the disaster area. It is necessary in order to pay for food, medical supplies and other urgently-needed things.
Within the parameters of this aid project, the rock band Strysles thought about what it could do to make its own contribution. Thus, the “Rock for Charity” event was quickly organised in cooperation with the “Rockbox“.
Four bands will play on 29th November 2013 at “Rockbox” in Clausen:

and:
Tuys
will rock the stage for a good cause.
An account for donations has been set up at BIL. Naturally, donations may be made to this account. Moreover, any clothing items, for example, will also gladly be passed on.

Hi everyone,
The last few months we really had some weird problems with our webhoster and domain registrar, so that we lost our website. We had to rebuild everything from scratch and so here we are again at strysles.lu. We have been rehearsing new songs and our guitarist got married (congrats Dave :-) ) Now it’s September and the show must go on.
